The services are provided "as is" and the features and functionality are not customized at the request of the client.

You buy a finished product without the possibility of further modification. All the necessary functionality for moderating your future website is available in your admin panel, and you should be engaged in moderation and website content by yourself. However, it should be noted that for these actions you do not need to process the knowledge in programming or have a degree in IT. In real terms it is much easier to master this admin panel than Windows. The only case when we have to improve functionality is when you find the program error that needs to be corrected.

Our area of responsibility is hosting and website hosting workability. You are responsible for the domain name, its maintenance, renewal and timely payment. If you forgot to renew your domain name and your website fails to respond, it's your fault, not ours. Nevertheless, it should be noted that not every error of the website on hosting is our mistake. In 90% of cases, the unavailability of the website or its incorrect operation is sometimes associated with DDOS attacks, moving the host provider to a new hardware / to a new data center, network outages. Moreover, we undertake to do everything from our part to create your website that will work correctly and quickly.

We do not in any case disclose any information about our framework and the technologies that we use. This provides security of our business and the safety of our clients' websites. A hacker finds it much harder to hack a website, merge the database, delete/change the data on our client's website.

All clients must adhere to the same policy. We do not provide our clients with access to the website code and/or the database. Since it is not a problem for a hacker to pay 20$ under the guise of a client and get access to the framework.

We do not provide services to citizens of the Russian Federation, legal and physical entities of this country, businesses, some of whose final beneficiaries are citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as the same for businesses operating in Russia. If we detect such a website, it will be blocked without refund of funds paid by the client to us until further disassembling. Furthermore, any of the websites can be blocked by the official at the request of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.

It should also be noted that since you, the client, fill up content of the website, you also bear all responsibility for the content posted on the website, including for the violation of the Ukrainian and world statutory regulations. Agreeing to the offer agreement, you accept and this point of the rules as a matter of course.

Finally, in case of business collapse and withdrawal of our company from the market for any reason whatsoever, we undertake to transfer the source code, databases and content of all websites to each individual client. The source code and the structure of the database will remain the same for all clients, and we will give the filling of the database and content to each client our own. The only case of non-fulfillment of this clause is force majeure, when we have no technologic access to the code and content. A war, a racket attack, physical destruction of data on servers in the data center by hacking, etc can be such a force majeure. Are you satisfied with everything?
